Yes, I finally got to it and fix it. It was the 4wd actuator switch on the transfer case. Toyota want almost $1000 for that part alone and you'll still have to open the transfer case up to pull the actuator off. Instead I went a bought an used whole transfer case for $600 and put it on. No more 4lo flashing and my 4hi and 4lo work now.If its stuck in 4 Lo, put the switch into 4Lo. Stop completely, press the clutch all the way down, and switch to 4Hi. May have to go forward or back a bit to get 4Lo to disengage. Once it switches back to 4Hi, then switch to 2Hi.
