I've installed mods dynamic 60fps, dynamic fps 1.5.5 main and dynamic fps 1.5.5 1080p res...wiped caches and storage and restarted system... Still when I launch the game it is visibly capped at 30fps as if none if the mods work.

Really I'm just looking for a stable 1440p or 4k for my first play through, 60 FPS is not my aim at this stage. Currently still on the first Sky island section and my only issue is occasionally performance loss in shrines (drops to mid teens). Shader stutter happens but is hardly noticeable.
