I've tried every carry position with the Certum 3 and I know it gets rave reviewsreviews, but man I'm disappointed that I can't see why. A lot depends on the gun. I have one for a 1911, and it's terrible. I would probably put a pillow on the certum before I tried a velo. I usually use the Tulster because it’s a single clip vs the stealthgear’s double clip. If you have a belly and need a appendix holster, vedder light tuck with a neoprene wedge or get the tenicor.

As others have said though for other carry locations I prefer a stiffer belt but for appendix it's the best in the biz IMO. I found the zero to be too flexible. Great belt when not carrying, but if you have a larger/softer waist, consider a stiffer belt. I've had success with the wilderness instructors 5-stitch belt.
