Well, under RRECS, I can just cut that 6.25 hours for the week in HALF because the new standard is 86ppm which is exactly TWICE the old standard. So, that is THREE hours right there I am in the hole. Throw in the 30 minutes a week personal time that is all but gone as well as the vehicle inspection time at 30 minutes a week and now I am at FOUR ...TLDR: This program will calculate letter time under RRECS--EDIT-- Just to be crystal clear: There is a per letter time in RRECS. They call it "verify letter address" and it is included under box time. So the "verify letter address" time is included in the RRECS Box Time calculation, and not this one.
