I found that the green tongue in the dust bin (the hole through the funnel to the clean base) was half inside the dust bin. It appears normal but it is not. Has to be completely outside of the bin. That is the obstruction it detects. Perhaps because of the negative pressure inside the bin while vacuuming it bends and get inside.

The I7+ was FANTASTIC! Worked every day for a month without ever getting stuck and emptied it's bin completely on its own. Then the update happened. Now it gets stuck a few times a day.
