I tried cleaning the CDR, but I think it got worse after that (no i didnt use compressed air, only a gas bath and air dry).Has anyone done a full write up of the replacement procedure for the injectors? I want to do the ones in my 6.9 and the 7.3 I got last night. I've been surfing the forum but haven't found anything yet. And is there one for the glow plugs? The 7.3 system isn't working right now.

Take off the spacer and it works for the IDI. Exact same Starter. Power Master 9050 = IdI Engine. Power Master 9051 = Power Stroke Engine.

One thing to keep in mind, is these engines flow a whole lot more air than a typical Cummins 6BT. The boost number will be lower for a given hp rating. If you're trying to just get 60 pounds of booost, it's going to be a rather big turbo, or 2.
