I used a new BR7060 New Holland silage special last spring. Not mine, belonged to a friend and it work very well, no problems.Step 1: Start by ensuring the baler is parked on a level surface and the engine is turned off. My neighbor has a new holland 648 round Baler and all of the sudden when baling all the rollers stopped turning. The belts and all the chains turn. The little belt that drives the auto wrap is not turning.This clutch does not emit any noise when slipping. If it is ony the main clutch slipping then there probably are no plates left in the clutch. Raise the front shield and take a look. The only other slip clutch is on the sledge roll drive on the right side of the baler. This clutch will not emit noise either.Move the knife and stiker plate to the center of the baler one hole. Did it goes past the knife because the stop bolt is missing. If the twine is in the knife then you have a binding issue. If you raise each knife about 1/4" and let it go, it should snap tight against the striker plate.
