That guy wasn't just getting on Kyle Busch's radio but just about everyone's. I think he spent the whole race just hopping from one team's frequency to another. He would come on my team's channel, say a few words of nonsense, make a few noises and be gone. The one good thing about it was that it never seemed to happen at any other track.
