A magus gets a +2 bonus to this check at L8 which goes up to +4 at L14. You can get an additional +4 by taking the combat caster feat but other than that its pretty automatic. Obviously as your caster level increases the concentration check will be easier for lower level spells.

That is the biggest hurdle for this build imo. You won't be a full gunslinger, so won't have your way reload until later levels to help even out your action economy.
