Best is subjective. The lower the max depth, the higher the value on the dirt produced and larger the ore nuggets from the Harvester. Otherwise, each site has pros & cons. The solution was to put a magnet above the harvester, have a repeater send signals to it with a flip flop gate to have the magnet grab and release the dirt.
