Met this bug when skipping conversations. Screen keeps glitching, controller keeps vibrating, map keeps shaking. Tried some old fixes (drinking, creating new save data) but none of them works now, seems CDPR has fixed the fix. I speculate the relic glitching is a UI effect done on the camera but for some reason the flag isn't removed and thus fail to return to normal.
