PSA: If you are using WICO, you can't complete certain quests (Fix inside) So apparently WICO's creator disappeared 2 years ago and left us with a bug where you can't kill certain NPCs. This makes certain quests where people are suppose to die completely broken. Took me awhile to figure out the cause but I finally found this .

Just remember that WICO is a disaster out of the box and you either need to patch it or clean it up with the {WICO Cleanup Script}. Honestly though, there are better alternatives like {Diversity} and {Humans Mer Beastfolk}. These also have patches for many mods to cut down on the number of potential dark face bugs.
