Turned the app off for about 20 mins and it started working again. Wouldn't recommend this while you're working though.Your ride is confirmed once you receive your driver details. You have to go to your picture on the top right then earnings on the top left and that balance will be different from the balance on the main ... It's kind of shady nonetheless. Maybe their battery died. Hopefully it wasn’t something malicious on their part. Contact customer service, your food is gone. They probably turned off their location services. This could be innocent or they could be multi-apping and don’t want to get caught.
