If so, what you are hearing is electromagnetic interference. When the game is running your GPU is running more and will cause this. Basically, the only way to 100% eliminate this would be to have an external sound solution. Some motherboards try to shield against this interference, but it is never perfect and the majority do a very poor job of it.
