Livid dagger (1 fuming hot potato book and 1 normal hot potato book) and bane of arthur pods 5 because zelots are Arthur pods. 5 talisman: farming talisman, vacsine talisman and cat talisman.The Soul Whip is one of the most underused but one of the most overpowered weapons in the game. Its also a 7m weapon v 100m excluding enchants so it holds up pretty well for its price. My friend calculated it, withered is only better on Daedalus axe. Also fabled is even better on a livid dagger because of the 20% more damage chance, which will proc more often because of attack speed. The only chance withered is better is at about cata 46+. withered is still the best, provided you have a decent cata lvl.

The livid dagger definitely has significantly higher overall dps so even if you don't change reforges it's still worth it.
