Simplisafe outdoor camera battery not charging.
My cameras worked flawlessly for a year and then stopped. Simplisafe kept trying to replace my cameras but I refused because everything I read, people were still having the same problem. I ran a separate 2.4 network router and still to no avail. I finally spoke with someone at Simplisafe technical account support and the found the problem.
There is a known issue where at night, the Outdoor Camera's motion sensor may and initiate recordings repeatedly, without any confirmed (ongoing) triggers.
