I remember seeing a vendor sell door hinges for the 800s that had removeable pins so that the doors could easily be removed from the truck. The door is a little cock eyed but I can't seem to see how I can improve the alignment. I measured the door opening with the drivers side such as striker to front fender, hinge bolt to door post and the opening is within an 1/8 of an inch from driver to pass side.
