Hello! Unfortunately, the game offers no support for players using emulators. However right now many Android players are experiencing login issues or crashes, so that is also reflected in Bluestacks. Keep an eye on the forums for when they deploy a fix.

Reinstall Bluestacks (there is a new version which the old one didn't report or autouptade). After the new version (which is awful btw, you have some TV crap), everything works fine.
