Aug 10, 2020 · At the very least, Altria democratizes fast farming, which is without question a good thing, no matter what the long-term balance implications might be. It’s absolutely valid to worry about what Altria’s release means for the game going forward, but I think it’s a little too early to panic. All-in-all, Altria is ludicrously powerful. She’s by far the best Arts unit in the game. She’s also part of the best Buster farming team in the game and is an optimal support for a handful of other Buster Servants. She’s a workable support for Arts and Buster in general and enables some unique and situationally important things. She’s a ridiculously good farmer.

Without proper support she’s a lot less impressive. As usual, typical damage-boosting CEs work well here—The Black Grail, Aerial Drive, and so on—though you may also consider starting NP (especially Kaleid) in order to get Penth bursting faster. Usage Tips: Fran is a point servant for Quick teams, and despite her defensive utility she’s primarily built to move fast. Skadi is, of course, a great partner for her—Fran loves the Quick buff, and Skadi’s battery can cover a turn of bad card luck—but Fran’s unusual kit means she can also function well with more atypical partners.
