I'm not sure of the size, but probably a 29 mm. Those "bolts" are the strainers. Unscrew and pull out gently and you'll find it's hollow with a screen on the end. There are two O-rings on each one and if you're gently with the job, you won't damage the O-rings and they'll just stay in place.
