If you want one for Monk, here's something mostly unobtrusive: /micon Limit Break. /ac Limit Break. /wait # (however long it takes for the animation to physically hit the boss) /em slaps <t>! Though I imagine you won't get a lot of proper responses here because text macros aren't well-liked on this subreddit.

IMO, the best cheeky rez macros are the ones used by healers who die all over the place themselves.
