Even if you did switch to archer f7 wouldn't be much easier. A Wither Blade isn't absolutely necessary for F7 (it is nice to have if you have coin), Spirit Sceptre is fine. You are going to need Cata 28. Also I suggest putting your Tuning Points on Speed so you clear faster. Mage is useless in F7 without Hyperion. The whole point of mage is to clear rooms fast, and spirit sceptre Nons will clear a room 10x slower than a hype mage. They also do 10x less average damage. You definitely need a floor 7 completion and then buy 3/4 storm's armor and use those wither goggles. Use that legendary sheep pet with a shelmet on it. for kuudra/f7+ you will need a hype. Mage setup is expensive.The skulls accumulate and if they hit you all at once you'll die. So never stop moving. And when you are killing them, make sure they are not directly ontop of you when they die.
