Lean it way over to one side. That upset the floats, thus flooding the bowl with more fuel. Cold weather needs more fuel to offset the oxygen density increase. I do it all the time just to make my carb bike start faster. It don't cost anything to try this method.

Don't know your application, but on a Bombardier DS650 quad that was bored and stroked to a 770, the Lectron 48 was probably one of the best upgrades made. Coming from a Mikuni I was constantly messing with jetting and the accelerator pump. Got the Lectron dialed in and haven't touched it since. My son still rides the quad at Glamis.
