I ran a SE 258 cam on my 05 NightTrain 103" since new. Never knew what a stock TC sounded like but I got lots of compliments on the sound. Ran it with a Thunderheader. He is a big proponent of Woods Performance and the high torque camshafts. Check the Amazon books website, the used books are generally in great shape.

B.2017 103ci Dyna Wide Glide – Feuling 543 Cams. The Reaper 543 cam feels strong on the road in the low to mid RPM range. Nice & smooth for a bolt in cam for a 103ci. It gave a nice increase in Horsepower & Torque across the board from 2250-4000rpm, but it will still pull strong to the rev limiter if required.In my opinion and others, the 555 and the 777 underperform in the 103 configuration. I had Woods TW777, which worked well, but that being said, this configuration will be more stock as far as the engine is concerned. Meaning the pistons, heads, and whatnot will be stock. I ride over 20K a year.As for the video above, woods cams have a reputation for making good power, but they are also known for being very aggressively ground. That makes them noisy and hard on parts.
