Cruz del Sur is the most expensive bus company in Peru. A quick search tells me that for the same random date in April: A one-way ticket from Lima to Cuzco on Cruz del Sur costs $70 and takes 21 hours. A one-way flight from Lima to Cuzco on Peruvian Airlines costs $87 and takes about 2 hours.
