If you open your device settings on the tablet there should be an option for In-Home Set-Up or just flat out a button for calibration. I just email Peloton with another video and will see what they say. Mine does not look like it occurs at the time the seam goes over the rollers but who knows. The faster the treadmill speed the louder the noise gets. I don't think that is normal for an almost $3000 treadmill but that is just me.
