It now needs to be enabled via the (Global Settings) and it is renamed to "Image Scaling" Set it to ON and then you will see sharpening hidden under this setting. This feature enables sharpening on all games including unsupported ones. I also found that 15% at 1080p looks the best in my opinion.

It destroyed image quality by adding a lot of halo artifacts to the point it makes image less sharp than without. Control panel is a ReShade style filter applied universally. If you really like sharpening filter, just use CAS instead.
