This disk / plate that I need is just under the hub that attaches to the oilpan. This disk looking / circular plate is pressed on the crankshaft side of the oilpan.

Re: Miller BlueStar 2E AC/DC. I think you will find a shorted SCR 50 on the pcb. Check between pin C and J. Label and remove wires and test with ohmmeter.
