SETHW. • 2 yr. ago. the % is based on number of cycles, the full notification is based on the trigger of the laser full sensor. unless its literally overflowing sounds like it's working as intended. it says 95% because it cycled 30 times, but the drawer just isnt full yet (or at least hasnt triggered the full sensor) 1.

For the first few months I would change the waste bin every 2 weeks or so. After setting it up and running a cycle, it immediately showed 95% full. Turned it off and on again, same thing. Hitting reset in the app did the trick! It's been running fine since then. It had possibly been thrown off as I'd yanked the plug while it was maybe half full, or perhaps giving it a complete tear down had thrown it out of alignment. Litter Robot 3 is saying Full but drawer is empty. This was discussed earlier today and someone said the developers were working on a fix because the sensors were too sensitive. They also recommended putting a white piece of paper underneath the drawer liner. I could be wrong but if you do a manual cycle in the app it will reset it to empty.
