He’s probably easier to take down with a netrunner build. I beat him on very hard but no exaggeration it took me like 4 hours and 100 tries. In hindsight def wish I had the second heart implant. doing it on hard was way easier by comparison took me 3 tries becuz you can at least survive one hit and he is a lot softer. You'll want to flesh out your build to level 50-60, get some top tier gear and hacks. Smasher is supposed to be a challenge, but with a fully equipped character, it's doable.
