Guest, to expand on Tim's reply, anodizing (the green color on your Johnson Century 100 😎 is a plating process, similar to the chrome plating on an older car's bumpers. It's quite expensive and involves toxic chemicals. You could TRY to duplicate it with paint, but the anodized (plated) finish, would have to be stripped off, for paint to adhere.
