2139 posts · Joined 2018. #3 · Apr 16, 2018 (Edited) I did that as well as a soft reset of the head-unit. It was completely gone on the left side. I'm thinking it's either loose harness or a software bug. Oddly enough when I went out to the Jeep 5 or so hours later, it worked fine and has since.

Each and everyone has/had issues using BT connections consistently. In my '21 JT I use a BT dongle to replace the wire which of course adds an additional device into the mix. I also purchased a wireless CarPlay adapter for my 21 JGC last May from Amazon. The brand is Drimfly (not Carlink). It is not flawless but works quite well.
