Dug into the schematic, gets power (indicator lamp comes on) located and feel the relay click Start chasing the wiring. Looking at the schematic, there is a solid line drawn between the two poles on the switch.

If the switch is not removing ground when turned off or the wire running from the switch has rubbed into a ground, the engine ecm will continue to keep the jake turned on. To test you could disconnect the switch and see if the jake stays on. If it does, the problem is in the wiring. If it does not, the switch is the problem.

There is power to dash switchs for jake and cruise. Power to the clutch sensor. Clutch sensor was tested and checked out OK.The Celect N14 the Jake brake was controlled by two relays in the fuse box. one relay for the center head and one for the front and back head, if I remember correctly there is also a fuse for them.
