I got LED turn signals for my 1995 Bronco, and rather than putting on those dumb resistors, I opted for an electronic flasher. I got all that stuff from a well-known web store that specializes in that stuff, and wasn't aware that my Bronco needed two separate flashers - turn signals and 4-way - so the flasher they sent me was the wrong one.

This seemed to solve the problem until I turn my head lights on and the hyper flash returned. To fix this problem I added a second resistor to the yellow wire on the left turn signal and grounded it to metal, also do this for the right side blue wire (do not connect it to the green wire this will make turn signal stay on) ground to metal.
