How do i reset my comcast cable box.
My current cable box is not working, but all the routes I've tried lead to RETURNING the box (as in returning and canceling the service), not REPLACING the box? Can I just go directly to a comcast service center with this box and ask them for a new one? When I needed to change out my cable box, I took it to a local Xfinity/Comcast store.
