Valkyr is a frame that is VERY old, people do find ways to make her great but why would you build her if you can just get normal valkyr, subsume her, and put on her warcry on any other frame, simply because why would you build valkyr for warcry, when you can add it on a different frame and have better abilities.

If DE unnerf subesumed abilities and give the rest some significant effects, Nourish will not be used as much. That's it.
