They are one of the heavier options as well. The Tikka design lends it self to exceptional accuracy and they will be about 1 1/2 lb lighter than the Ruger. They have a much better trigger. Tikka's don't have CRF like the Ruger, but have proven to be one of the more rugged and reliable Push Feed designs.
