Repels are a bad idea against Margaret, as she absorbs the element she attacks with. You can lose Repel Dark, as she doesn’t use instakills. I would want Enduring Soul on any persona I take to fight Margaret. Apt Pupil enhances Hassou Tobi, and Megidolaon is not optimal as it’s expensive and Yoshitsune’s Magic stat is not brilliant.

That is Yoshitsune! and I found him in Persona 3 Reload. Well it's Masakado of the Tower Arcana and requires you to complete (or close to completion) of Elizabeth's fusion requests. Masakado isn't exactly Yoshitsune but he is very close with Myriad Arrows and a tonne of Pierce strengthening passives.
Seems perfect to me. I don't see any reason to change it. is Regenerate 3 necessary? it kinda there so I have less HP cost to use Yoshitune (practically arms master make it cost 12.5% of my health, while my hp regen 6% each turn, but if i do Power Charge + Hassou everytime i'll regen 12% of my health, leaving me practically 0.5% hp cost for Hassou)
