Tier 4—Barbarian, Brawler, Fighter, Kineticist (optimally), Medium (without archmage or hierophant), Ninja, Paladin, Ranger, Vigilante. It is not a Warlock though. There is an archetype for the Vigilante class called Warlock that gets 6th level spell casting, and can make 1d6 energy attacks at-will. There really isn't a class quite like the Warlock in Pathfinder. There are things that resemble Warlock abilities, like the Hex ability from the Witch class, but no true 3E Warlock.
