Like all good tech products of today's day and age, our Litter-Robot 4 functions seamlessly with their app, which was probably the most unexpected positive of having it in our home. We have push notifications on to let us know when the waste drawer is full, when we need to add more litter, when cycling occurs, and when it's being used.If there was a drawer removed sensor that could be used to trigger a check, but I don't think that's the case. You can just hit the reset button twice (the middle button on the control panel). First press resets the weight sensor (when you add litter), second press resets drawer. Hi @Syville , The app uses an algorithm to estimate how full the unit is based off the number of times it normally has to cycle for the unit to be full. The unit does know when the drawer it totally full but anything before that is a estimation. This is driving me absolutely crazy. Half the time it shows around the correct amount, the other half of the time it says the drawer is full. I’ve tried recalibrating it, I’ve tried the paper towel at the bottom of the drawer trick, I put the bags in as properly as I possibly can.. I am on the most up to date firmware.
