There seem to be a bunch of us that went the Carribbean route or attended an international medical school. We are a very capable bunch and should definitely build each other up, support and learn from one another.
Rheumatology median salary coming out of fellowship right now is $240k. That’s including academic positions that pay less. Most advertised jobs are 4-4.5 days of work, around 8-4 or roughly that same amount of hours. This post makes it seem like the average rheum doc is making $180k a year on an average of 40 hrs.

UWorld is the best. As someone who is a terrible test taker, I can tell you UWorld and their explanations were key for ABIM. Also, I don't know what your career aspirations are, but if you just want to be board certified, look into AOBIM as well. It's the DO equivalent exam but there's no OMT stuff on it.

Primarily studied via questions. Secondary resources were de Virgilio and Pestana's for Surgery, Case Files for OBGyn, FA for Psych, and Step-Up to Medicine for IM. Practice questions were sufficient for Peds and FM. Got 80+ percentile on every shelf, only used uworld and cheesy Dorian deck.
