I used Raneo's blueprint and map seed and successfully finished in 7:15!! I want to share my thoughts as a rough guide to how I did it: base planning. After almost 3000 hours (+1000 hours before steam). I finally decided to try to get no spoon. No guide, no blueprints. I've done several megabases, complex circuit builds, 1000+SPM, but I'm oddly proud of this one. I think I'll try for the rest of the achievements now!
