Pins G, D, J are +5 VDC with reference to E, B, A. ( G to E, D to B, J to A) If those are good, check the connector connection to the ECM. Larry.

It seemed to get better as I kept driving (would go over 1800 rpm) but it still seemed rather sluggish.
