Yeah, I don't think the patcher is updated for the newest game update (Feb 11th 2022). It worked earlier because the game was 1.6.353 but when it updated again, it seems the patcher isn't fully supported for that, hence the bugs. In future always remember to keep a copy of your older 1.5.97 executables (SkyrimSE.exe and binkw64.dll) to avoid this.
