You should not need a press to change the draw length on that bow. To me it looks like it uses draw modules (the black piece on the green cam). There should be two Allen head screws that hold the module in place, remove those and the module comes out. Do you guys think Cabelas would have a different module for a 07 Bow and could change it out for me.... Guess my other option is trading it out.

I've had them down to under 20 lbs at lengths below 21". The limb bolts are very long on that bow so you can go at least 6 turns.
