I am actually more accurate with the 30, don't know why. A friend that is a firearms instructor said it's due to being aware of the shorter barrel and concentrating more on the sight picture.The 30SF just did not carry well on my hip. The grip just did not work out regardless that it was an SF. Also, it seems these guns move alot in the holster (blade tech IWB) when walking or moving which a similiar rig in a G19 does not move from my expereince.

The only difference I can see is around the edges of the slide. They just seem a little thicker on the 30 slide. Never thought it would work really. I aways thought there was something a little different with the internals between the 36 and the 30. Apparently that isn't the case. Aside from it looking better I'm sure it's a little lighter too.

I have owned the G30 the longest, just picked up the G29 (have only put 67 rounds through it). I shoot both okay and enjoy them.
