Hi, I know the sound issue seems to be widespread but I haven't seen anyone with that one: my overall game volume got extremely quiet after the Endwalker update. I usually play with the Master Volume on 6% to be able to hear people on Discord, and now even at 100% it's less loud than the before-EW 6%.
