Truck will intermittently not start when temp is below 35 degrees. The only code is p0090. Dec 9, 2006 · It is fixed!! 03 duramax crew cab LB7.. No mods on truck and a little over 60k on the clock. After several trips to the dealer and this past week in the shop the problem is fixed. I had brought my truck to the dealer for a hard start (crank no fire) and an extended start issue. If you read the other threads (p0090) you will see what was going on. The DTC sets if the FRP current is not between 50-1600mA. A wire may have been broken during your repair, or possibly smashed under something (grounding out).

try turning the key on, then off, leave the key off, wait about 4-5 minutes then with key off try to pull code, if it dont work turn key on pull and clear code then urn off and re start... Jun 24, 2012 · The truck showed a p0090 fuel pressure reg code. I tried replacing the mid harness and replacing the fuel pressure regulator. Truck starts up and sounds like its knocking then alms down a bit and sounds like a lb7 but fuel rail pressure stays around 20-23k there is no demand for it as the truck is idling. It's in limp at 2k hits a rev limiter.

The connector to the fuel rail regulator had a wire pushed out!!! The way it works is the computer LOWERS the fuel pressure.
