Dec 1, 2014 · My Son recently purchased a beautiful 2012 Dodge Durango with 13,000 miles on it. After a few weeks he started to experience intermittent problems starting the car. It would startup and then shutoff after 5 seconds. Tried to restart car it would just turn and turn as if out of gas. Intermittent no start condition. I have an intermittent loss of fuel pressure when starting issue that has happened several times. Every time it was cranks strong but was not firing. The first time it happened I didn’t check the fuel pressure but the second time I checked the fuel pressure and it was zero.
