General comments from testing Electric Artifacts: You're not power hungry if you use the Fang artifact. Getting that artifact to 120 made all my power concerns go away. The Orb seems to generally increase power use, because I frequently find I have to use my priority heal even when the pet is out. I found I didn't like it with Electric. YMMV.
